iOS Developer
Mercova Media is fast growing marketing and technology firm. We are currently looking to add another front-end developer to our amazing team. Our team is experienced and collectively we have built over 1000+ websites.
Our iOS developer will work with a developers and project manager to determine the scope of the project for client, the design and execution of web and mobile products. We are looking for a self-starter who likes autonomy but can also work with a team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with experience in user experience and user interface design.
This position is for you if you:
- Above all: Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the iOS SDK.
- Experience building and deploying iOS apps in the App Store - show us!
- Familiarity with GitHub
- An understanding of both client and web application architectures necessary
- Strong team ethic, attention to detail, and passion for building great applications
- Familiarity of interfacing with server-side APIs Ability to speak clearly at a non-technical level
- Ability to take your own initiative
- A desire to learn new things and to teach others
Responsibilities Include:
- Building new integrations/features for our platform and our partners, and making architectural and design decisions with the rest of our team.
- Understand the challenges being addressed by an engagement and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to deliver a valuable technical solution.
- Design, develop, unit test, and deploy iOS based solutions using common standards and frameworks. Provide technical mentoring and leadership to more junior resources.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Mid-senior level iOS developer
- 3+ years of industry experience using the iOS Development environment
- BS in CS or related field preferred but not required
